Terms and Conditions and Order Process

Select Item and Click “Add to shopping cart” icon to purchase.

Check your shopping cart to make sure right items are in your shopping cart.

Go “Check out” or “Check out with paypal”. If you pay with your credit card, not through paypal, please click “Check out”

*You may see paypal log in page even though you click “Check out”. If you do, Click on the the box below the log in box that says “Don’t have a paypal account? Pay with your debit or credit card as a PayPal guest” to go to credit card authorization page.

After the payment, we will send you the confirmation email within three business days.

*Unless you respond immediately, we will proicess your order within three business days.

Receive your product!

Your product will be shipped as soon as we finish making your items.

*Approximate 7-10 business days for the whole process. If you need immediate service, please contact us.

Before you make any purchase, Please read following. All the purchase you make is considered that you understand and agree with our terms and conditions.

Terms and Conditions:

*There is $8.00 Shipping/ Handling charge for each purchase. (Charged once for the entire purchase if you purchase multiple items)

*All sales are final. No returns or refund unless the item was broken at the time of delivery or broken within the first one week after the delivery. (If item was arrived broken, or if item broke within a week after the purchase, please contact us within one week after the delivery at contact@core-enlightenment.com for the replacement. )

*All items are handmade and handmade items are fragile. Please handle carefully. CORE is not responsible for the items that is broken by mishandle by the customer.

*Stones may contain small cracks or contaminant inside or outside due to its natural form. (“Stones” include entire product that uses the stones.)

*Stones only assist and help you for who you are and to give you what you need at the time. Please be sure to be open to the natural energy and vibrations that stones carry. Stones will reflect what is in your mind. Stones will work the best way they can assist you.

*Results may vary each person.

*We recommend to cleanse your stones by putting under the sun/ moon light or rinsing in the clean running water for at least a few minutes once a month for the best performance of the stones.

*Although we use the same material, product’s color and stone may look slightly different from the images on the web site. Natural stone colors are never be the same with others.

*If the size does not fit you(obviously too big or too small), contact us within one week after the delivery. We can make it larger or smaller. Item must be returned within one week after the delivery to get free resizing. (Please understand that our products are made for generally one size before you contact us for resizing.)

*All the items that is needs to be returned for any reasons, shipping cost of the return to CORE will be on the customers.

*CORE is not responsible for any result after the purchase.

*CORE is not responsible for any damage to the items caused by the customers. (If you break the item after the purchase, and require repairing, please contact us for inquire.)

*Occasionally, order process may take longer than the estimate term. (estimate term is approx 7-10 business days)
